On creation

As I started in on this reading, I really had no clue as to what the Lord was trying to say to me. As I kept re-reading this short passage, I began thinking about how much credence we give the account of creation, and how much weight it carries when it comes to our faith. It is said that, If we don’t believe Genesis 1:1, we would never believe what follows, everything would be an opacity(Jn 20:31).As we look at these three truths,it is my hope to accomplish two things; To provoke thought, and bring the reader to an Aha! moment, Also to glean of off the insights of those led to provide commentary.

God almighty is outside all time and space;
NLT
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created..He formed, molded, fashioned, and shaped, He knew exactly what He wanted and was doing. Counter-intuitive to the Big Bang Theory of evolution, it was God formed from the vast nothingness that He was already in.

Everything is by design;

1:25 God made all sorts of wild animals, and small animals, each able to produce off spring of the same kind. And God saw that it was good. Every creature was made to reproduce itself, Conversely, a cow couldn’t give birth to a horse anymore than primates produce man.
Everything leads to God

26 Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. This verse confirms two things: Man would conform to the same rules of creation, and the Devine Triune (Father, Son, Holy spirit, and the angels) determined that in order for man to be made in the image of God, he would be a spiritual creature, and have a soul.
